Dora has 10 years of experience in operations, process optimization, cost reduction, and mediation, developing her career in non-profit organizations and investment and business acceleration in the private sector. His vision for P&M Partners is to decentralize access to management consulting by providing greater opportunity to companies in international sectors.

Recent achievements to highlight:
Execution of the project to accelerate investment and scaling focused on small and medium-sized companies in the Los Lagos Region, Chile. The same benefit to 24 companies in the engineering, food production and agriculture sectors.
Consultant for the Afro-descendant Recipes Rescue project on behalf of the company La Tapa Del Coco Panama. It focused on the approach of a commercial operation within a social initiative for the benefit of economic sustainability through gastronomy and culture. The Ibercocinas 2020 award and fund was achieved.
Business Coach / Public Speaker / Mentor: sharing international experiences, best practices, success stories, and growth opportunities at business conferences, startup fairs, and investor forums in LATAM and Europe. During the year 2020, opportunities have been offered in Corfo-Chile, INJUV-Chile, Ampyme - Panama, Canal de Empresarias-Panama and Atlas-California (US).
Consultant for the expansion, investment and growth project of La Tapa Del Coco gastronomic branch. Currently in execution with a milestone in scope being the opening of a second location in Coronado, Panama.
