Internationalization Plan

The Internationalization Plan is aimed at companies that decide to carry out their international expansion and need to have a planning instrument that will help them design the strategies and actions necessary to achieve the objectives set out in the Plan itself.

The methodology of the Plan is structured in six stages following a time sequence. Based on an internationalization diagnosis, the most favorable foreign markets and the most appropriate entry strategy are selected. Next, the international offer is established and the communication policy is carried out. Finally, the economic plan is drawn up with the sales objectives and international operating account.
