News chattigo: Analytics and Reports

In this opportunity we will comment on how the analytics and reports work in chattigo. Thanks to the chattigo Analytics module you can find out all the information related to the contact you have with your customers online. 


Within the Module you will find the Summaries section, where you can filter by campaigns, service channels and date. Thanks to this you can view the online summary of your conversations and generate the following reports in Excel or CSV format: 


  • Chat Summaries.
  • chat details.
  • agent performance.
  • Summary of sessions.
  • Bot Summary
  • CRM chat summary.
  • HSM management report (outgoing messaging).
